Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SAFTECH ACADEMY, we want our students to feel confident when enrolling. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions for refunds and cancellations.

 

1. Fee Payment
• All course fees must be paid in advance through approved payment methods.
• Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful Booking payment.

 

2. Student Cancellations
• 7 days or more before the course starts → 80% refund (20% admin charges deducted).
• Less than 7 days before the course start date → 50% refund.
• After course commencement → No refund.

 

3. Course Cancellation by Saftech Academy
• If a course is cancelled or rescheduled by us, students may opt for:
o A 100% refund, OR
o Enrollment in the next available batch at no extra cost.

 

4. Non-Refundable Charges
• Registration and one-time administrative fees are non-refundable.

 

5. Mode of Refund
• Refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days via the original payment method.

 

6. Enrollment Transfer
• Students may request to transfer to a future batch before the course start date (subject to availability).
• A small transfer fee may apply.
